VALIDITY & RATES
The rates are valid until the spectified date in the rate. All rates are quoted in Thai Baht and are subjected to change without prior notice.
RESERVATION
Reservation shall be made at least 3 days before arrival. However, early bookings are strongly recommended. The following detail in reservation form must be correctly and properly filled in :

• Flight details
• Passenger Name (Child & Infant with Date of Birth)
• Contact person, e-mail , phone number

CONFIRMATIONS
All booking requests will normally be replied within 1 business day. However, there are few cases where the Internet down time may cause missing messages. It is recommended to send your request again if there is no reply within 2 business days.
GROUP BOOKING & SPECIAL PROGRAM REQUIREMENT
Special rates for group or special program will be provided upon.
REFUND & CANCELLATIONS
Please read and understand of each airfares once you make booking such as refund fee, cancellation fee as some of prices may non-refundable.
After commencement of tour, no refund in full or in part, will be given for services included in the program that are not utilized
PAYMENT
Full payment must be completed within the deadline.

CHILD & INFANTS RATES
Child rates apply to children from 2 to 12 years old on the departure date.
Infant rates apply to children under 2 years old on the departure date.
